This Shop Policy applies to purchases made through the Available Works section of this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Products

Available Works includes unique artworks, photographic prints, artist books and publications by Ania Ready.

Every effort is made to describe and photograph each work accurately. Please be aware that colours and tonal values may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Where an artwork is unique or part of a limited edition, this will be stated in the individual product description.

Please check the description, dimensions and other product information carefully before placing your order.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Ania Ready is not VAT registered and VAT is therefore not added to orders.

Secure online payments are processed through Stripe. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping is available.

Current shipping rates are:

UK: £7
Europe : £11
USA and rest of world (excluding Australia and New Zealand): £20
Australia: £25
New Zealand: £27

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order and our sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside Ania Ready's control.

For orders delivered outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

4. Cancellations & Returns

If you purchase an eligible item online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel an order, please contact Ania Ready within this 14-day period using the contact details below.

Once you have notified Ania Ready that you wish to cancel, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Items should be securely packaged and returned in the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.

Where a cancellation is accepted, the purchase price and the applicable standard delivery cost will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item.

5. Commissioned, Personalised or Made-to-Order Work

Most works offered through the website are existing works or publications.

If Ania Ready offers a work that is commissioned, personalised or made specifically to a customer's requirements, different cancellation rights may apply. Where this is the case, this will be made clear before the order is placed.

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact Ania Ready as soon as possible. Where possible, please make contact within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and its packaging so that the issue can be investigated promptly.

Where appropriate, a replacement, repair or refund will be arranged.

The request to make contact within 48 hours does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Unique Artworks & Limited Editions

Unique artworks and limited-edition works will be identified as such in their individual product descriptions.

Purchasing an original artwork, photograph or limited-edition work transfers ownership of the physical work only. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with Ania Ready unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Works may not be reproduced, copied, commercially distributed or otherwise used without prior written permission.

8. Availability

Some works are unique and therefore only one is available.

Although every effort is made to keep availability information up to date, in the unlikely event that an item is no longer available after an order has been placed, you will be contacted and a full refund will be issued.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Shop Policy affects your statutory rights.

Goods supplied must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
